Due to high customer demand, we anticipate this year’s Commercial Solutions Program budget will be fully reserved for projects by approximately November 5, 2019.
Once funds are fully reserved, any project applications received will be placed on a waiting list. If additional funds become available due to cancelled projects, they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to projects with the following: a signed project application, clearly defined scope, and completed pre-inspection.
There is no guarantee that projects on the waiting list will be funded.
The Commercial Solutions Program is a part of CPS Energy’s Save for Tomorrow Energy Plan (STEP). We recently achieved the STEP goal of 771 MW in energy reduction thanks to our customers commitment to saving energy in their homes and businesses.
We are currently soliciting input on FlexSTEP, the next generation of energy efficiency programs for our customers. We encourage you to provide feedback to help inform this process at cpsenergy.com/FlexSTEP.
Details on next year’s program funding, incentive rates and eligibility will be provided as new programs are defined.
